Duty Requirements
All active patrollers are required to complete a minimum number of duty days each season. Check with your patrol director for current season requirements.
Shift Times
Morning shifts typically begin at 8:30 AM and afternoon shifts begin at 12:30 PM. Arrive 15 minutes early for briefing and equipment check.
Swap & Coverage
Need to swap a shift? Contact a fellow patroller directly or reach out to the scheduling coordinator. All swaps must be confirmed before the shift date.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make a scheduled shift, notify the patrol director as soon as possible. Last-minute cancellations affect resort coverage and patrol operations.
